The button composes the complaint as an email in your own mail app, addressed to info@packfox.co.uk. Nothing is stored by this page. If the button does not work in your browser, email us directly and include the same details.
We acknowledge every complaint within 30 days of receiving it, usually much sooner. A person, not a system, then looks into it and replies without undue delay, and we tell you the outcome. If your complaint is about personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
